＜P.U.R.E. Tokyoとは>
P.U.R.E.は癒しと平和を目的に、ダンスと音楽を愛する気持ちを世に広めようと、ダンサーとミュージシャンが集まって出来たコミュニティーです。P.U.R.E.はパフォーマンスによって得た収益を恵まれない人々を支える団体に寄付しています。

P.U.R.E.の創立者はBellyqueenのKaeshi (NY)とGypsy Caravan のDarshan (Portland)。彼女達は初代幹事となりP.U.R.E.本部をN.Y.に設立。2005年にKaeshiが来日した際、P.U.R.E. Tokyoが誕生しました。2008年現在のP.U.R.E. Tokyoの幹事はHuleya, Farasha, Kayo。P.U.R.E Tokyoは本部NYと連携して活動を展開しています。

P.U.R.E. Tokyoは癒しと平和を目的にストリート・街・人々にダンスと音楽を発信します。東京で活躍中のダンサーとミュージシャンが結集し、スクールや流派の壁を越えて心を一つにしています。古代から伝わる世界中の聖なる踊り、中近東・中国・ジプシーはもとより、イスラエルの民族舞踊、フラメンコ、インド舞踊などを取り入れたダンスと音楽を融合し、独自のパフォーマンスをしています。

現在P.U.R.E. Tokyoは日本民際交流センターが主催する「ダルニー奨学金」という、ラオスやタイの子供達を援助する団体を支援しています。今後もこの活動を続けてまいりますが、P.U.R.E.Tokyoにチャリティー関係のイベントの出演依頼やご相談等ございましたらこちらまで→ｉｎｆｏ＠ｐｕｒｅｔｏｋｙｏ．ｏｒｇご連絡お待ちしております。

＜What is P.U.R.E. Tokyo ?＞
P.U.R.E. is a community of dancers and musicians who have come together to share their love of dance and music with the public for the purposes of healing and peace.
With the belief that dance and ritual can positively effect the world, P.U.R.E. hopes their performances will draw people together both emotionally and physically into a shared sense of the divine. P.U.R.E. is meant to inspire individuals to reflect on what they can do in the spirit of peace. Each gesture, large or small, contributes to the strength and solidarity we can build in both our local and global communities. The founding facilitators behind P.U.R.E. are Kaeshi from Bellyqueen (NYC), and Darshan from Gypsy Caravan ( Portland ), and the headquarters are in NY.　P.U.R.E. Tokyo was born when Kaeshi Chai visited Tokyo in 2005. P.U.R.E. Tokyo facilitators are Anna, Kayo, Huleya, and Farasha. P.U.R.E. Tokyo take music and dance out into the streets for the purposes of healing and peace. We all come from different schools, different styles, different countries, but our heart is together as perform as one. Movements from ancient sacred world traditions including Middle Eastern, Chinese, Romani gypsy, Israeli folk, Flamenco, Indian dance and drumming will be incorporated into the P.U.R.E. experience.　
We donate the money we raised to organizations to support people who are having a hard time.
